射流超声破碎制取球状金属均匀粉末
Production of Sphere Uniform Metal Powders by Ultrasonic Disintegration of Jet
【摘要】 利用压电陶瓷超声换能器作为激振源建立了金属均匀液滴束流发生装置。对金属锡射流受激破碎过程进行了数值模拟,对金属锡射流在空气气氛及惰性气氛下的受激破碎过程进行了实验研究。数值计算与实验结果表明,金属射流在惰性气体环境下受激振破碎形成均匀金属液滴束流,收取到了均匀尺寸的金属锡球状粉末。
【Abstract】 A metal uniform droplet stream generator was set up with a PZT-transducer as the vibration exciter.The breakup of the metal circular jet was simulated numerically by solving the time-dependent equations of motion and continuity.An experimental investigation was set up to explore the breakup process of metal jet in atmosphere and inert gas.The results proved that the metal jet was broken up to form uniform droplet stream under periodic longitudinal vibration in inert gas,and the sphere uniform tin powders was collected.
