一种压电陶瓷直接驱动伺服阀研究
Research on the Piezoelectric Direct Drive Servovalve
【摘要】 为进行液压流体脉动的主动消振,设计了基于压电陶瓷的直接驱动伺服阀,并利用AMESim液压仿真软件对其进行了建模与仿真,并在伺服阀实验台上对其进行了静态试验。仿真与试验结果表明,所设计的压电陶瓷直接驱动伺服阀满足液压流体脉动主动控制要求。
【Abstract】 For active control of the hydraulic fluid pulsations,a piezoelectric direct drive servovalve has been designed and the modeling and simulations of the servovalve has been done through the hydraulic simulation software AMESim.Then static test on the servo-valve has been done on the servovalve test-bed.Simulation and test results indicated that the designed piezoelectric direct drive servovalve satisfied the active control of the hydraulic fluid pulsations.
