浅谈电子公文归档管理与学校档案信息化建设
On Electronic Documents Management and Archives′ Information Construction
【摘要】 广东省教育厅从2007年起将在全省教育系统实施电子公文交换。学校必须积极采取有效措施应对电子公文归档和开发利用等一系列新问题,藉以推进学校档案信息化和校园信息化建设。
【Abstract】 Department of education of Guangdong province launched electronic documents exchange system all over the province in 2007.Schools should face new problems about electronic documents filing and using to promote the informationization of archives and campus.
