【摘要】 目的:探讨舍曲林合并舒必利治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性.方法:将60例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组给予舍曲林合并舒必利治疗,对照组服用阿立哌唑,疗程8周,用PANSS、TESS评定疗效和安全性.结果:研究结束时舍曲林合并舒必利组总有效率为86.7%,阿立哌唑组总有效率83.3%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).两组不良反应少且轻.结论:采用舍曲林合并舒必利的方法治疗精神分裂症疗效可靠,安全性好,值得进一步研究.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe the efficiency and security of sertraline combined with sulpiride ontreatment of schizophrenia.Methods:60 schizophrenia patients were divided into two groups randomly,30 of Sertraline combining Slpiride group,30 of Aripiprazole group,the period of observation is 8 weeks,assessingefficiency and security of two group before treatment and 1,2,4,6,8 weeks after treating by PANSS and TESS scales.Results:Allthe subjects finished the trail.The total effective rates of twogroup were 86.7% and 83.3%,respectively, there was no significant difference between two group(P>0.05).the side effects were light.Conclusion:Sertraline combining Slpiride is effective choice on treatment of positive symptoms of schizophrenia.It can improve the life quailty of schizophrenia consumedly.更多还原
