【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道电切(TUR)治疗膀胱表浅肿瘤及术后行红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架(N-CWS)膀胱灌注预防其复发的临床疗效。方法对60例膀胱表浅肿瘤患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)术,术后1周开始以N—CWS800ug加生理盐水60mL作膀胱灌注治疗。结果60例患者,58例获得随访,随访1~5年,复发16例,复发率27.6%。出现膀胱刺激症状6例,出现化学性膀胱炎2例。结论TURBt联合N-CWS灌注治疗膀胱表浅肿瘤疗效较好且副反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the clinical efficacy of superficial bladder tumor treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBt) plus intravesical therapy with N-CWS. [Methods] Intravesical therapy with N-CWS 800ug plus physiology brine 60 mL was performed in sixty patients with superficial bladder tumor a week after TURBt. [Results] 58 cases was follwed up for 1~5 years, and the recurrence number was 16 (27.6%). 6 cases showed an irritation sign of bladder and 2 cases showed a chemical cystitis. [Conclusions] TURBt plus intravesical therapy with N-CWS is an effective for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor and shows less complications.更多还原
