【摘要】 [目的]探讨脑外伤后司法精神医学鉴定为智力障碍病例的临床特点.[方法]对150例脑外伤患者的司法精神医学鉴定资料进行回顾性分析,智力障碍按照中国精神障碍分类方案与诊断标准(第3版)及修订的韦氏成人智力量表确定.[结果]150例患者智商检测结果为72.12±16.35;有智力障碍者为72例(41.3%),边缘智力者为58例(38.1%).[结论]脑外伤后多有程度不同的智力水平下降.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the clinical characteristics of intellectual impairment induced by brain injury and judged by judicatory neuropsychiatry.METHODS The data judged by judicatory neuropsychiatry for 150 cases of brain injury were retrospectively analyzed,and the intellectual impairment was diagnosed by the Chinese Diagnostic of Mental Disorders(CCMD-3) and WAIS-R.RESULTS The average full intelligence quotient(FIQ) of patients was 72.12±16.35,and out of 150 cases of brain injury,72 cases(41.3%) were that the FIQ was lower than normal standard and 58 cases(38.1%) were that the FIQ was in the border state.CONCLUSION The damage to intelligence in different degrees is exited in most patients with brain injury.更多还原
