当归酒精提取液对大鼠骨骼肌收缩力及小鼠强迫游泳时间的影响
Effects of Chinese angelica extract with alcohol for skeletal muscles contractility in rats and forced swimming time in mice
【摘要】 [目的]探讨当归酒精提取液对大鼠骨骼肌收缩力及小鼠强迫游泳时间的影响.[方法]将大鼠分为生理盐水、当归大剂量(1.40 g/kg)、中剂量(0.70 g/kg)及小剂量(0.35 g/kg)4个组,将小鼠分为生理盐水、当归大剂量(3.00 g/kg)、中剂量(1.50 g/kg)、小剂量(0.75 g/kg)4个组,每组分别灌胃给予相应制剂2周后,观察电刺激大鼠坐骨神经对在体腓肠肌和比目鱼肌收缩力以及小鼠强迫游泳时间.[结果]当归酒精提取液使大鼠腓肠肌和比目鱼肌单收缩的最大收缩幅度增高,潜伏期缩短及1/2舒张时间延长;强直收缩的最大收缩幅度增高,潜伏期缩短,疲劳指数百分率减小,使小鼠游泳时间延长.[结论]当归酒精提取液可增强大鼠快肌和慢肌的收缩力,并具有抗疲劳作用.
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Chinese angelica extract with alcohol for skeletal muscles contractility in rats and forced swimming time in mice.METHODS The ratswere respectively divided into 4 groups,including normal saline group,large dose Chinese angelica extract group(1.40 g/kg),middle dose group(0.70 g/kg),and small dose group(0.35 g/kg);the rats were respectively divided into 4 groups,including normal saline group,large dose Chinese angelica extract group(3.00 g/kg),middle dose group(1.50 g/kg),and small dose group(0.75 g/kg).After intragastric administration with corresponding dose of the Chinese angelica extract in each group for two weeks,the contractility of gastrocnemius and soleus muscle in rats was observed by electrical stimulating the sciatic nerve,and the forced swimming time in mice was detected.RESULTS In rats,the extracts of Chinese angelica increased the maximal contraction extent of single twitch of gastrocnemius and soleus muscle,shortened latent period,and extended 1/2 relaxation time of single twitch,and increased the maximal contraction extent of tetanus,shortend latent period,decreased the percentage of fatigue index number,and it prolonged the forced swimming time in mice.CONCLUSION The Chinese angelica extracts can improve contractility of fast muscle and slow muscle and have anti-fatigue effects.
