【Abstract】 BACKGROUND To study the operating method,indications and notices of microtrauma cholecystectomy by direct view.CASE REPORTS Cholecystectomy were finished in 186 cases with special operating instrument and operating techniques.Cholecystectomy were done with microincision(2.5～3.9 cm)in 149 cases,mini cholecystectomy(4.0～5.9 cm)in 30 cases,convention cholocystectomy(longer than 6.0 cm)in 7 cases.DISCUSSION The novel approach achieved microtrauma effection,and it can be performed safely and cheaped instruments and medical fee,no needed special operation preparing.更多还原
