【摘要】 [目的]观察β肾上腺素受体激动剂异丙肾上腺素对心房钠尿肽(ANP)分泌的影响,探讨其机制.[方法]采用搏动的心房灌流模型及放射免疫技术观察异丙肾上腺素对ANP分泌、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)逸出量及心房动力学变化的影响.[结果]异丙肾上腺素可明显抑制ANP的分泌,显著增加心房搏出量及环磷酸腺苷逸出量;蛋白激酶非选择性抑制剂Staurosporine可减缓异丙肾上腺素对ANP分泌的抑制效应.[结论]β肾上腺素受体激动剂异丙肾上腺素抑制ANP分泌作用由cAMP依赖性信号传导途径来实现.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of β-adrenoceptor activator,isoproterenol,on atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)secretion and it’s machanism.METHODS The experiments had done in isolated perfused ceating rabbit atria.ANP and cAMP were measured by radioimmunoassay in the atrial perfusate in real-time base.RESULTS Isoproterenol could inhibite ANP secretion and increase atrial stroke volume and cAMP efflux.Staurosporine,a non-selective protein kinases inhibitor,could attenuate isoproterenol-induced inhibition of atrial ANP secretion.CONCLUSION Isoproterenol inhibits atrial ANP secretion via the cAMP-dependent signaling pathway.更多还原
