基于遗传算法的模糊PID复合控制在电阻炉上的应用
Application of Fuzzy-PID Control Based on Genetic Algorithm for Control of Electric Heater
【摘要】 由于电阻炉温度控制具有非线性、大滞后、时变性等特点,提出了一种采用遗传算法作为神经网络的学习算法,设计出一种神经网络PID控制器,使电阻炉炉温控制系统具有较高的控制精度和良好的动态特性与鲁棒性。采用MAT-LAB仿真及试验结果表明,该方法有效可行,可以推广到其他温度控制系统的应用上。
【Abstract】 Due to the characteristics of electric heater temperature control,such as nonlinear,big delay,time-varying and so on,presented a hybrid control method including genetic algorithm as the Learning Algorithm of neural network,and designed a kind of PID controller by neural network.This control method makes the electric heater control system have high control accuracy and better dynamical characteristics and robust.The simulation results show that the method is effective.It can also be used in other temperature control system.
