基于Fuzzy-PID控制镜面露点仪程序的设计
Design of Program for Mirror Dew Point-instrument Based on Fuzzy-PID
【摘要】 在露点仪测量的过程中,气体的湿度变化对仪表的控制方式要求差别很大,目前需要人为的设定气体测量范围,该系统根据气体湿度的特点,设计了两种控制模式:高湿模式和低湿模式。同时为了防止两种模式切换的过程当中产生振荡,该系统利用施密特门原理设计两种模式切换程序,通过实验可以满足仪表使用的需要。
【Abstract】 In the process of measurement using mirror dew point-instrument,the change of gas humidity is very import to the control method of instrument.In the past,the extend of the gas measurement should be setted with manpower,but this table designs two control models crossponding to the character of gas humidity:high-humidity model,low-humidity model.To prevent the vibration when the two models exchange,dew point-instrument designs two model-exchange procedures in terms of Smith principle,which has satisfied the needs of usage of the instrument with the effect of experiment.
