【摘要】 介绍一种地下管道干扰腐蚀自动监测与分析系统,它具有数据采集、数据存储与数据处理功能,并且以曲线、图表和文本的形式给出对地下管道干扰腐蚀状况的评价结果,为确定被测管线是否需要采取防干扰腐蚀措施、采取什么样的防干扰腐蚀措施提供科学的依据。实践证明:该系统具有测量精度高、操作简单、可靠性强、专业性强等显著特点,目前这个系统已经应用于石油管道、供水管道、气体管道等检测领域。

【Abstract】 Introduced an automated system to realize interference corrode measure and analysis of buried pipeline.This system has the capacity to sample,store,process data,and the result on corrosion risk appraisal is obtained by the curve,the graph and the text,which is very helpful to make antisepsis decision.This system is successfully developed.The experiment results proved that the system features high precision,faster speed,simple operation,high reliability and a strong background of specialty.So,it is widely used for the area of measuring and analyzing interference corrosion of buried pipeline,one used for the conveyance of water,gas,or petroleum products.
