基于磁致伸缩逆效应的超磁致伸缩力传感器
Giant Magnetostritive Force Sensor Based on Inverse Magnetostritive Effect
【摘要】 磁致伸缩逆效应是稀土超磁致伸缩材料的一个重要应用特性,应用磁致伸缩逆效应可以制作超磁致伸缩力传感器。但由于缺乏相应的设计理论分析,从而制约了其发展。在分析了磁致伸缩逆效应的基础上,给出了超磁致伸缩力传感器的设计原理,设计了超磁致伸缩力传感器的结构,并采用数值计算方法对其磁场进行了计算。计算结果与实验结果的比较表明:二者符合较好,设计的超磁致伸缩力传感器方案是可行的,对其今后进行深入应用研究和优化设计具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Inverse magnetostritive effect is an important application characteristic of rare-earth giant magnetostrictive materials.According to the inverse magnetostritive effect of rare-earth giant magnetostrictive materials,a giant magnetostritive force sensor can be made.But its application development is limited,because of lacking of corresponding design theory.Based on the analysis of the inverse magnetostritive effect,design principle for the giant magnetostritive force sensor was given.The giant magnetostritive force sensor structure had been designed,and the magnetic field computation was calculated by means of the numerical computation method.A testing prototype of the giant magnetostritive force sensor had been developed,too.Comparison between the measured results and the calculated ones shows that they were in agreement well,and the design scheme for force sensor is feasible,which is important to optimize the giant magnetostritive force sensor.
