磁编码器在直流无刷电机换相与控制中的应用
Application of Magnetic Encoder in Phase Commutation Control of BLDCM
【摘要】 提出了磁编码器在直流无刷电机换相与控制中的应用;介绍了磁编码器的工作原理与特点,并给出了磁编码器轴角解算算法;依据直流无刷电机的换相与控制原理,重点讨论系统实际调试过程中的相关问题;将磁编码器应用到实际的伺服系统中,实现了磁编码器的轴角解算算法,并设计了直流无刷电机的电流环;给出了实际伺服系统的直流无刷电机的反电动势波形和电流环阶跃响应,表明将磁编码器用于直流无刷电机的换相与控制是可行的。
【Abstract】 The application of magnetic encoder in phase commutation control of brushless DC motor was introduced.The features and principle of the magnetic encoder were described,and its resolver-to-digital converting algorithm was proposed.On the basis of principle of phase commutation control of brushless DC motor,some correlative problems emerged in system development were discussed in detail.Finally,experimental results,which demonstrate that it is feasible to apply the magnetic encoder in phase commutation control of BLDCM,were presented.
