双积分原理在相位差测量中的应用
Application of Dual Slop Integrating in Phase Difference Measurement
【摘要】 提出一种基于双积分T/D(时间/数字)变换原理测量相位差的方法,并对该方法进行了详细介绍和误差分析。这种新方法解决了常用的相位差测量方法在高频信号测量中的缺点,适用于中高频信号相位差的测量。
【Abstract】 A new method based on dual slop integrating was introduced in the phase difference measurement.The theory and error were analyzed.The new method was applicable in the phase difference measurement of medium and high frequency signals.
