【Abstract】 It is clear that Korea began its multinational acquisition actively in order to attract FDI after the Asian Finance Crisis. Multinational acquisition may bring enterprises benefits such as quickening their structure adjustment and upgrading the enterprises itself as well. These will inspire China to adopt multinational acquisition as an effective way to attract foreign investment. With the economy globalization, however, China should pay close attention to both the positive and negative influences in the process of multinational acquisition.更多还原
