SPE-HPLC测定食品中芍药苷的含量

【摘要】 目的建立一种测定食品中芍药苷含量的方法。方法用SPE提取芍药苷,绘制流出曲线,用高效液相色谱法定量,采用HP ZOBAX SB C18型色谱柱,甲醇∶水∶磷酸(20∶80∶0.05)为流动相,检测波长230 nm。结果线性范围为0.0365~0.365μg/ml,γ=0.9995,回收率为94.7%,RSD为2.0%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,可作为食品中芍药苷含量测定的参考方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a SPE-HPLC method to analyze paeoniflorin in food.Methods Paeoniflorin was extracted from food by solid-phase extraction.HP ZOBAX SB C18 column with SPE was used and the mobile phase was composed of solution CH3OH-H2O-H3PO4(20∶80∶0.05).UV detective wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin in food was 0.0365~0.365 μg(r=0.9995).The average recovery was 94.7% and RSD was 2.0%.Conclusion This method is easy,accurate and it can be used for quality control of the paeoniflorin in food.
