【摘要】 目的研究三七红西洋参粉与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病合并脂质代谢异常的疗效。方法采用随机、单盲法将115例冠心病合并脂质代谢异常的患者分为3组(A、B、C),A组40例给予三七西洋参粉(1:1)联合阿托伐他汀治疗,B组36例给予阿托伐他汀治疗,C组39例给予三七西洋参粉(1∶1)治疗。观察三组患者治疗8周后临床症状、心电图和血脂的改善情况并进行比较。结果(1)A、B、C三组临床症状改善总有效率依次为82.5%、58.4%、69.2%,两两组间比较A、B两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)A、B、C三组心电图改善总有效率依次为60.0%、36.1%、46.2%,两两组间比较A、B两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);(3)A、B、C三组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均有显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),两两组间比较A、C两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论三七西洋参粉与阿托伐他汀联合治疗伴有脂质代谢异常的冠心病疗效确切,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with the powders of Panax notoginseng mixing panax quinque folium L on coronary heart disease(CHD) patients with abnormal lipids metabolism.Method 115 CHD patients with abnormal lipids metabolism were random divided into 3 groups(A,B and C),A group(n=40)received atorvastatin and powders(1∶1) mixed with Panax notoginseng and panax quinque folium L,B group(n=36) received atorvastatin,C group(n=39) take orally powders(1∶1) mixed with Panax notoginseng and panax quinque folium L,to administrate the patients for 8 weeks,The symptoms,ECG and serum lipids before and after treatment were compared.Results (1) The total effective rate of A,B and C group in clinical symptoms is 82.5%,58.4%,69.2% one by one,significant differences in two groups were observed between A and B group(P<0.05);(2) The total effective rate of A,B and C group in ECG is 60.0%、36.1%、46.2% one by one,significant difference in two groups was observed between A and B group(P<0.05);(3) In 3 groups,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C of patients were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01) as compared with before treatment,significant difference on reduction of TC,TG and LDL-C in two groups was observed between A and C group(P<0.05).Conclusion The powders of Panax notoginseng and panax quinque folium L combined with atorvastatin are efficient and safe in treating CHD patients with abnormal lipids metabolism.更多还原
