【摘要】 目的探究输血患者其输血前感染状况,强调有关感染性检查项目设置的重要牲。方法对5096例住院患者ELISA法检测HbsAg,Anti-HCV,Anti-TP,Anti-HIV1/2;用速率法检测ALT。结果HbsAg阳性率16%,Anti-HCVB阳性率1·53%,Anti-TP阳性率1·31%,Anti-HIV1/2未检出阳性,ALT异常占18·1%。结论输血前感染性指标检测可减少因输血引起的的医疗纠纷,有利于医务工作者的个人防护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the patient’s condition before a blood transfusion and stress the importance of setting up the related exams before a blood transfusion. Methods Test HBsAg,Anti-HCV, Anti-TP and Anti-HIV 1/2 by ELISA;Test ALT by rate method.Results The positive rate of HBsAg reaches 16%:the positive rate of Anti-HCV reaches 1.530% the positive rate of Anti-TP reaches 1.31%;No positive rate of Anti-H1V 1/2;the percentage of abnormal phenomena of ALT reaches 18.1%.Conclusion The conduct of the examination of the infected index before a blood transfusion can reduce the medical dispute caused by transfusion,thus benefit the self-protection of the medical personnel.更多还原
