【Abstract】 Confucius advocated ruling by moral and moralizing politics.Confucian political theory is characterized by integration of politics and ethics.Although it served fundamentally for maintaining the social order at that time,the Confucian theory of ruling by moral implied universal principles benefiting the political behavior of any society.These principles include mainly the principle of benevolence,the principle of justice,the principle of people foremost,and the principle of cleanness.Although there are historical limitations and feudal dross in them,these principles can at least function as a historical reference through assimilating critically their essence in order to serve for constructing the socialist politics with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
