【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of the socio-economic characteristics of poor families,this paper investigates the re-employment situation of 100 poor families in Beijing’s Xicheng and Xuanwu Districts,analyzes,in depth,the constraints of re-employment of poor families and raises some strategies and measures of strengthening employment aid and establishing the long-term mechanism of promoting employment.更多还原
