宽厚板生产中加速冷却过程的建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulation of Accelerated Cooling Process in the Production of Medium Steel Plate
【摘要】 通过对某钢铁厂宽厚板生产中加速冷却过程的深入研究,在对冷却对象进行传热分析的基础上,构建了冷却对象的传热数学模型,并用有限差分法求解,建立了仿真模型,并对其进行了仿真实现.模型的计算结果与现场实测值基本吻合,表明此仿真模型能够较好地模拟现场实际,具有实用价值.
【Abstract】 Through the careful research on cooling process in a manufactory of lenient plate,based on the heat-transferring analysis on the cooling object,a mathematical model of heat-transfer is established and evaluated with finite difference,and a simulation model is worked out.Through simulation and test,the calculated and measured values are very conformable,which indicales that the result is possessed of practicality.
