无溶剂条件下3,4,6,7-四氢-3,3,6,6-四甲基-9-芳基吖啶-1,8(2H,5H,9H,10H)-二酮的合成
Synthesis of 3,4,6,7-Tetrahydro-3,3,6,6ethyl-9-arylacridine-1,8(2H,5H,9H,10H)-dione Under Solvent-free Condition
【摘要】 以亚胺和达米酮为原料,在醋酸铵存在下,于70℃时无溶剂条件下合成了一系列3,4,6,7-四氢-3,3,6,6-四甲基-9-芳基吖啶-1,8(2H,5H,9H,10H)-二酮,反应时间0.5~1.0 h,产率84%~95%,产物的结构通过IR,1HNMR证实.
【Abstract】 A series of 3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-9-arylacridine-1,8(2H,5H,9H,10H)-dione derivatives have been synthesized by imine and dimedone in the presence of ammonium acetate under solvent-free condition at 70 ℃ with 84%～95% yields in 0.5～1.0 h,the structures were confirmed by IR and 1HNMR.
