【Abstract】 Development of western region strategy is to realize all-round sustainable development of our country important policy decision,which has to fall in having order rational regional planning premise,then it is possible be put into effect concretely.The theory of the sustainable development pattern and regional planning is controlled combines each other and makes use of the fuzzy mathematics,the gray,the manpower neural networks builds a model,which the effect being in progress to western part regional planning having is controlled,then we will realize western part area sustainable development and drive sustainable development of entire society.更多还原
