【摘要】 腐败问题是影响社会和谐的首要因素。构建和谐社会必须深入开展反腐败斗争,加强廉政法制建设;适应形势发展,应深化对“腐败”概念及其新特征的认识,需要从“广义腐败论”的视角重新界定“腐败”定义;致力于构筑建设和谐社会健全的廉政法制体系,需要从健全领导干部决策程序机制,进一步加强干部人事法制建设,深化财政制度改革,加快行政审批制度改革,加强司法廉政法制建设,建立并完善公务人员金融实名制和家庭财产申报等方面入手,以便从体制上和源头上遏制腐败。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corruption is the main factor getting in the way of a harmony society which has to be completely cleared.To response to the new situation,we need to redefine corruption from the angle of generalized corruption to deepen our understanding.Further more,the decision-making procedure should also be amended as well as the financial system.To clear corruption from its beginning,personal savings account system and family property revealing system of government officers are also needed.更多还原
