【摘要】 目的:在异位妊娠诊断和治疗过程中,监测指标为β-HCG和B超对附件区包块的动态观察,长期临床研究证明其价值有一定的局限性。目前研究发现,早期EP时彩超监测附件区包块血流信号和血清β-HCG、孕酮测定在EP的早期诊断和药物治疗中可能有其重要的价值,是一种行之有效的方法。本文就彩超收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、阻力指数血流监测和血清β-HCG、PROG测定在早期EP诊断和治疗中的临床应用作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of diagnosis and treatment of early ectopic pregnancy,the indexes are the dynamic observing of β-HCG and lump with color Doppler ultrasound.The long-term clinical study proves that it’s value is restrict.The present study founded that it is worthwhile for monitoring of PSV,EDV,RI and determination of β-HCG、Prog in the diagnosis and drug treatment of early ectopic pregnancy.It is a effective method.This review summarizes the clinical application for monitoring of PSV,EDV,RI with color Doppler ultrasound and determination of β-HCG、Prog in the diagnosis and treatment of early ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
