【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺CR钼靶检查的摄影方法和影响获取高质量摄影照片的因素。方法分析1381例患者的乳腺CR钼靶片,评价不同体位的摄影特点及摄影手段显示病灶的质量情况。结果1381例患者全部采用双侧同时投照,内外侧斜位(MLO)和头尾位(CC)两种体位。满足诊断要求者占95%,辅加位置的适当补充67例,其中增加放大摄影12例,采用附加体位显示胸壁肿块22例。结论乳腺CR钼靶检查技术在诊断乳腺疾病中是一种优质化的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the method of CR molybdenum target in breast lesions an d the factors of influence in take high quality imaging.Methods :T he 1381 cases mammographic film were analysed, The quality of lesions in the dif ferent filming position and method were appraised.Results: All of 1381 cases bi lateral breasts got mammography simultaneously,include both MLO position and CC position, the diagnosis could be made in 95%. 67 cases were added other positio n .Amoug them 12 cases were added magnification. 22 cases were added other p osition,so as to show thoracic wall mass.Conclusion: CR mammography is the superior exam ination in diagnosis of breast disease.更多还原
