【摘要】 目的:探讨高渗盐水对阑尾炎术后切口感染的治疗作用。方法:将42例阑尾炎术后切口感染的患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用10%高渗盐水进行切口换药,先冲洗后湿敷,对照组采用生理盐水进行切口换药。两组均用75%酒精常规消毒,换药时均清除坏死组织和暴露的线结。结果:治疗组的愈合时间为(16±9)天,对照组的愈合时间为(25±16)天,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组较对照组切口感染控制快,愈合快。结论:采用高渗盐水处理阑尾炎感染切口能有效抑制细菌繁殖,促进切口愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of hypertonic saline in infected wound of postappendectomy.Methods:41 patients were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group was performed dressing change with hypertonic saline while the control group with isotonic saline.The incision was sterilized with 75% alcohol.The necrotic tissue and exposed thread node were taken out completely.Results:The wound healing of the treatment group(16±9)days was earlier than that of the control group(25±16)days.There was significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hypertonic saline restrains the bacterial reproduction effectively and promots the wound healing.更多还原
