头皮屑中几种细胞因子的表达及其意义
Expressions of some kinds of cytokines in dandruff and its clinical significance
【摘要】 目的:研究头皮糠疹、头皮脂溢性皮炎、头皮银屑病与正常人的头皮屑,比较各组间的白介素-1α、白介素-1β、白介素-1受体拮抗剂和白介素-8的变化,为头皮屑相关疾病的炎症发病机制提供客观依据。方法:收集25例头皮糠疹组,32例脂溢性皮炎组,25例头皮银屑病组以及25例正常对照组,通过Sebutape胶带粘贴收集头皮屑,经超声降解,应用ELISA方法测定头皮屑萃取液中的细胞因子和BCA增强法检测其中总蛋白的含量。结果:白介素-1α/总蛋白(IL-1α/TP)在头皮糠疹组高于正常对照组(P<0.05),脂溢性皮炎组显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),银屑病组低于正常对照组(P>0.05);4组之间的白介素-1β/总蛋白(IL-1β/TP)统计结果无差异;白介素-1受体拮抗剂/总蛋白(IL-1ra/TP)在脂溢性皮炎组比正常对照组有升高(P>0.05),头皮银屑病组中含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001);头皮银屑病组头皮屑中的IL-1ra/IL-1α比值比正常对照组明显升高(P<0.001);白介素-8/总蛋白(IL-8/TP)在脂溢性皮炎组显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),头皮银屑病组中含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。结论:无论是在肉眼可见的有或无炎症的患者,产生头皮屑的头皮都存在炎症过程,其中发挥炎症介质作用的细胞因子主要是IL-1α;IL-1ra和IL-8,在头皮屑中升高的程度与头皮的炎症严重程度均有正相关性。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the differences of interleukin-1α(IL-1α),interleukin-1 receptor antagonist(IL-Ira)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in dandruff between pityriasis,seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis in scalp and normal scalp,so as to provide the evidences for inflammatory pathogeny of related diseases in dandruff.Methods:25 cases of scalp pityriasis,32 cases of scalp seborrheic dermatitis,25 cases of scalp psoriasis and 25 cases of normal scalp were collected in this study,and termed as scalp pityriasis group,seborrheic dermatitis group,scalp psoriasis group and control group respectively.All the patients underwent the measurement of IL-12,IL-1ra and IL-8 in dandruff by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay(ELISA).Results:The value of interleukin-1α/total protein(IL-1α/TP)in the scalp pityriasis group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),which in the seborrheic dermatitis group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),while in the scalp psoriasis group was lower than that in the control group,without statistical significance between them(P>0.05).There was not significantly different in the value of interleukin-1β/total protein(IL-1β/TP)among 4 groups.The value of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist/total protein(IL-Ira/TP)in the seborrheic dermatitis group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.059),which in the scalp psoriasis group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The value of interleukin-8/total protein(IL-8/TP)in the seborrheic dermatitis group was significantly highe than that in the control group(P<0.01),and so was that in the scalp psoriasis group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Inflammatory process results in the generation of dandruff in pityriasis,seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis in scalp.IL-1α is the major cytokine in exerting the dielectric role of inflammation;IL-Ira and IL-8 are positively correlated with the severe degree of scalp inflammation to an elevated extent of dandruff.
