【摘要】 目的:探讨组织蛋白酶L(CL)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:通过免疫组化SAB法检测CL在40例非小细胞肺癌标本中的表达水平。结果:Ⅲ～Ⅳ期肺癌组织CL阳性表达率高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P<0.01),随着分化程度由高分化、中分化至低分化,CL阳性表达率亦明显增加(P<0.05)。伴有淋巴结转移者,CL阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.01)。结论:CL可作为判断非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移潜能和预后的辅助指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of cathepsin(CL) in nor-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods:The expression level of CL was detected by immuohistotechnology in 30 NSCLC specimens.Results:Positive expression rate of CL was higher in phrases of Ⅲ to Ⅳ than that in phrases of Ⅰ to Ⅱ. There was an increase of CL positive expression rate with lung cancer differentiation. Positive expression rate of CL with lymph node metastasis was elevated compared with that without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:The expression of CL in cancer cells can be used to evaluate the lymph node metastaticpredilecton and poor prognosis in NSCLC.更多还原
