【摘要】 目的:探讨软坚胶囊的制备工艺及临床疗效观察。方法:软坚胶囊与骨刺灵丸对照治疗。结果:治疗组187例中,痊愈90例,显效76例,有效17例,总有效率97.86%;对照组87例,痊愈26例,显效29例,有效18例,总有效率83.91%。结论:该制剂处方合理,稳定性好,质量容易控制,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the preparative technology of ruanjian capsule and observe the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:The comparative treatment of ruanjian capsule and guciling pill was performed.Results:There were 187 cases in the treatment group treated with ruanjian capsule and 97.86% of them showed effective.There were 87 cases in the control group treated with guciling pill and 83.91% of them showed effective,the therapeutic effect in treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:This preparation of prescription is reasonable and its stability is good.The quality of ruanjian capsule is creditable and its therapeutic effect is notable.更多还原
