【摘要】 目的:探讨脑梗死与糖尿病发病和预后的相关性。方法:对76例脑梗死合并糖尿病患者与46例非糖尿病的脑梗死患者的血糖、C肽、CT、TCD及预后比较。结果:糖尿病合并脑梗死以多发性腔隙性梗死多见,其颅内动脉血流速度异常升高,表现为广泛脑动脉痉挛,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死合并糖尿病颅内动脉血流异常,治疗效果较对照组差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between the cerebral infarction and diabetes.Methods:The blood glucose,C peptide,CT,TCD and its prognosis were compared between 76 cases of cerebral infarction combined with diabetes and 46 cases of cerebral infarction without diabetes as a control group.Results:Compared with the control group,the most infarctions in the cerebral infarction combined with diabetes were multiple and lacunal,the blood flow rate of intracranial artery increased abnormally and the spasm of cerebral artery was extensive,with significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood flow of intracranial artery in the cerebral infarction combined with diabetes is abnormal,its therapeutic effect is relatively poor compared with that in the control group.更多还原
