【摘要】 目的:了解重庆市云阳县2005～2006年肺结核合并糖尿病的流行现状,探讨其临床及治疗特点。方法:重庆市云阳县各医疗机构所报告的1939例(2005年组)和1945例(2006年组)肺结核病例进行调查,确诊肺结核合并糖尿病140例和145例,对其临床特征进行分析。结果:两年肺结核合并糖尿病分别为7.22%和7.46%,组内性别分布无显著区别,年龄分布以老年段显著为高,地区分布以乡镇为高,以上3项指标组间分析无显著差异。肺结核合并糖尿病空洞发生率、痰菌阳性率及咯血发生率均显著高于单纯肺结核患者,2005年组和2006年组组间无显著区别。结论:重庆市云阳县2006年肺结核合并糖尿病与2005年比较差异无显著性,肺结核合并糖尿病临床症状较重,其治疗及控制值得重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the prevalent situation and clinical features of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes in Yunyang county of Chongqing during the 2005~2006 period.Methods:1939 cases (2005 annual group) and 1945 cases(2006 annual group) of pulmonary tuberculosis reported by various medical institutions in Yunyang county of Chongqing were investigated respectively,in which 140 cases and 145 cases complcated with diabetes were confirmed.The clinical features were analysed.Results:The prevalence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes in 2005 and 2006 was 7.22% and 7.46% respectively.The prevalent situation of pulmonary tuberculos patients with diabetes in two groups showed that there was no significant difference in sex,but the prevalence rate was highly distributed in old patients and towns.The clinical features showed that the occurrence rates of hole and hemoptysis as well as the positive rate of sputum bacterium in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes were significantly higher than those in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis alone.These indexes had no difference between 2005 annual group and 2006 annual group.Conclusion:There was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes between 2005 and 2006.The clinical features were very serious in these patients,more attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of this disease.更多还原
