【摘要】 目的:对患者进行血小板抗原基因分型与配型的研究,以探讨临床血小板输注的安全性和疗效。方法:应用聚合酶链序列特异性引物技术(PCR-SSP),对长沙地区44例患者(人血小板抗原)HPA1～5、15系统等位基因进行分型。结果:血小板基因配型吻合组血小板输注后CCI1、CCI24效果明显优于配型不合的对照组。结论:对患者进行血小板抗原基因分型与配型可提高血小板输注的安全性和疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Genotyping and matching of human platelet antigen(HPA) were studied in patients, to ensure safety and effectiveness of platelet transfusion.Methods:PCR-SSP method for HPA genotyping was developed. Genotypes of HPA-1～5、15 in 44 patients were done platelet transfusion. Results: The effectiveness of platelet transfusion in the group of platelet genotypes matched CCI 1、CCI 24 was better than that in the no-matched group. Conclusion:To divide the genotype and match the type of platelet can improve the safety and curative effect of the platelet transfusion.更多还原
