【摘要】 目的:研究5S管理法在手术室器械组管理中的应用效果。方法:将5S管理法应用到手术室器械组管理中,制定细则,实行全员参与和专人负责制。并用不同时期两组进行比较。结果:B组在工作时间,器械准备及有效使用率上较A组明显改善(P值均<0.01)。结论:5S管理法能有效提高手术室器械组工作质量和效率,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of 5S management implemented in the instrument department of operation room.Methods:5S management was performed in the instrument department,routines were carried out by every working in the operation room and two of them were in charge of it.The work condition of group A(NOV.2003 without 5S management)was compared with that of group B(NOV.2005 with 5S management).Results:There were significant differences in respects of work time,instrument preparation and efficient use between two groups(all P<0.01),group A was much better than group B.Conclusion:5S management can improve the work quality and efficiency,therefore it is worth popularized in the instrument department of operation room.更多还原
