【摘要】 目的:探讨胰岛素瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析1993年10月～2006年6月本院收治的胰岛素瘤9例,并结合国内外有关文献报道进行诊治分析。结果:9例胰岛素瘤均行手术治疗,病理证实8例,其中良性胰岛素瘤7例,恶性胰岛素瘤1例。结论:胰岛素瘤临床主要表现为典型的Wipple三联征。对良性胰岛素肿瘤宜行单纯肿瘤切除或胰腺部分切除,对恶性肿瘤应采用扩大范围的根治性肿瘤切除术为主的综合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of insulinoma.Methods:9 patients with insulinoma from October,1993 to June,2006 were analyzed retrospetively.The diagnosis and treatment of insulinoma were also discussed based on the recent native and foreign literatures.Results:All of 9 patients with insulinoma were operated.8 were confirmed by pathology,which included 7 cases classified as benign insulinoma,1 case of malignant insulinoma.Conclusion:The patients with insulinoma have the typical Wipple s triple-combined symptom.It should be performed simply tumor remove or partial pancrease resection for benign insulinoma.Extended radical resection combined with other comprehensive treatment is benefited for malignant insulinoma.更多还原
