【摘要】 目的:探讨婴幼儿血管性疾病临床诊断的有效方法。方法:通过检测血管性疾病婴幼儿肿瘤和外周血清中雌二醇(E2)的表达并与正常儿童外周血E2水平进行比较。结果正常儿童外周血与患儿外周血、肿瘤血的血清E2差异均存在显著性;正常人外周血清、患儿血管畸形外周血清与患儿血管瘤外周血清三者间E2表达均有差异,并依次增加;同一患儿的外周血和肿瘤血血清E2水平差异无统计学意义;壮汉族患儿外周血清E2差异无统计学意义。结论:检测婴幼儿肿瘤血清E2水平可成为血管性疾病的诊断标准之一;壮汉族患儿间外周血清E2水平未见种族差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper describes seeking an effective means to diagnose baby infant blood vessel disease which exists bigger difficulty in the disease clinical diagnosis.Methods:This study was hit by estradiol-17(E2)expressing by checking the blood vessel disease baby infant tumour and outside cycle serum and E2 was horizontal with regular children outside cycle blood carry out comparison.Result:The equal regular children outside cycle blood serum E2 existence with trouble son outside cycle blood,tumour blood was obvious difference;Regular person outside cycle serum,trouble son blood vessel deformity outside cycle serum and trouble son angioma outside cycle serum triple room E2 were expressed having difference equally,and were increase by in proper order;there was no statistics difference with a patient’s outside cycle blood and tumour blood serum E2level;Between the Zhuang nationality and the Han nationality trouble son,outside cycle serum E2 has been no statistics difference.Conclusion:Checking baby infant tumour serum E2 could be one of the diagnose standards in blood vessel disease diagnose;Outside cycle serum E2 level had no difference between the Zhuang nationality and the Han nationality trouble son.更多还原
