【摘要】 目的:寻找一种简单明了的乳腺切线野等中心定位方法。方法:根据平行四边形原理,首先找到切线野上、下、左、右边界即钢丝1、2、3、4在水平面上的投影平行四边形中心O点,然后再寻找过O点患者横断面垂直高度钢丝1和2中心。由平行四边形两个方向平行中线的交点即为对角线中心的原理,此时的模拟机等中心即为钢丝1和钢丝2连线的中心,也就是切线半野的等中心,该中心到内、外切野源皮距中心距离相等。结果:该方法简单明了,步骤清晰。结论:对目前仍然没有条件做Ct-sim的医院有着较为积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To seek a easy and perspicuous method for fixing the galactophore ISO tangent field.Methods:First,the o point which was the projection parallelogram center of steel wires1,2,3 and 4 was sought according to the principle of parallelogram,then the height midpoint of steel wires 1 and 2 was found.The truth was that the intersection point of the two parallel middle lines in two directions was the midpoint of the parallelogram’s diagonal.Now the ISO of the simulator was the center of steel wires 1 and 2,also was the center of the half tangent field,and the distance from the ISO to field enter of inner and outer tangent field in surface was equal.Results:This method was easy and perspicuous.Conclusion:It is useful for the hospital that can not use CT-sim for galactophore.更多还原
