【摘要】 目的:探讨舒降之联合疏血通治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效和安全性。方法:收集颈动脉粥样硬化72例随机分治疗组、对照组,每组各36例。治疗组应用舒降之和疏血通注射液,对照组应用丹参注射液,治疗后3、7、14天血小板计数、凝血功能指标,治疗3个月后监测血脂,治疗6个月后监测颈动脉B超。结果:和对照组相比,治疗组治疗后3、7、14天后纤维蛋白原显著降低(P<0.05),治疗3个月后其血脂也明显降低(P<0.05),而血小板计数、凝血酶原时间与治疗前后及对照组比较均差异无显著性(P>005)。两组治疗前的颈IMT比值明显减低(P<0.05)。PI、RI在两组均较治疗前改善,但两组间差异无显著性。结论:舒降之联合疏血通治疗颈动脉粥样硬化,可有效延缓颈动脉粥样硬化的进展,提高临床疗效,安全性高,不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of simvastatin combined iwht shuxuetong in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.Methods:72 patients with carotid atherosclerosis collected from Nov 2004 to Sep 2006 were divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with simvastatin combined with shuxuetong injection,and the control group with tanshin injection.The platelet count and clotting function on the 3rd,7th,14th day after treatment,the blood-fat in 3 months after treatment and B-mode ultrasound in 6 months after treatment were detected in two groups respectively.Results:Compared with the xontrol group,the fibrinogen in the treatment group decreased markedly on the 3rd,7th,14th day after treatment (P<0.05),and the bleedfat decreased obviously in 3 months after treatment (P<0.05).The difference of platelet count and prothrombin time inthe treatment group was not significant before and after treatment,also was between the treatment group (P>0 05). In 6 months after treatment,the intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery decreased statistically (P<0.05).Either the treatment group or control group,the PI and RI were better than those before treatment,but without statistical difference between two groups.Conclusion:Sim vastatin combined with shuxuetong is a safe,little side reaction and effective method in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis ,which can prolong the progress of this disease.更多还原
