【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊联合卵巢囊肿切除术的可行性和优越性。方法:回顾分析28例腹腔镜胆囊与卵巢囊肿联合切除术的临床资料。结果:手术均获成功,无1例中转开腹,术后住院时间3～6天,无并发症发生。结论:严格掌握手术指征,遵循外科手术基本原则,术前充分准备,腹腔镜胆囊与卵巢囊肿联合切除术是可行的,其优越性明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the feasibility and advantage of laparoscopic combined resection of gallbladder and ovarian cyst.Methods:The clinical data in 28 patients undergoing laparoscopic combined resection of gallbladder and ovarian cyst were analysed retrospectively.Results:All patients were successful.The mean time of hospitalization was 3 to 6 days.No complication occurred.Conclusion:As long as insisting on the basic surgical principles,sturictly following the operative indications and full preparation before operation,the laparoscopic combined resection of gallbladder and ovarian cyst is feasible and the advantage is obvious.更多还原
