【摘要】 目的:评估阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法:将60例门诊首发精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗6周,采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效与不良反应。结果:两组疗效和不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性,但阿立哌唑的锥体外系反应和内分泌改变发生率显著低于利培酮。结论:阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effecacy and side effects of aripiprazole and resperidone in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia.Methods:Sixty outpatients with first-episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into tow groups.and treated with aripiprazole or risperidone respectiyely for 6 weeks.The brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) and treatment emergent side effeet seale (TESS) were used to evaluate the effieacy and side effeets.Results:The climieal effieacy and the incidence of side effects in the tow groups had no significant difference,but the incidence of extrapyranidal symptoms and endocrine change in aripiprazole group was significantly lower than that in risperidone group.Conclusion:Aripiprazole is safe and effective in treating first-episode schizoohrenia.更多还原
