TNF-α、VEGF在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症中的表达

【摘要】 目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症中的表达,从而探讨ICP(妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症)的发生机理。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA法)检测28例ICP孕妇(研究组)和33例正常孕妇(对照组)静脉血、脐静脉血、羊水中TNF-α,VEGF的表达。结果:研究组孕妇静脉血,羊水中TNF-α的表达与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义。研究组孕妇静脉血,脐静脉血,羊水中VEGF的表达与对照组相比明显增强,差异有统计学意义。研究组孕妇脐静脉血中TNF-α的表达与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论:组织器官的缺氧或缺血可诱导VEGF的产生。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression of the TNF and VEGF in the patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and to study the mechanism of ICP.Methods:The ELISA method was used to detect the TNF and VEGF expression in the peripheral blood in the pregnant women, the blood in the umbilical vein and the amniotic fluid between 28 ICP pregnant women and 33 normal pregnant women.Results:The level of the expression of TNF the ICP patients’s amniotic fluid and peripheral blood was lower than that of the normal pregnant women(P<0.01) and there was no significant difference between the expression of TNF in blood of umbilical vein between the two groups of women.The level of the expression of VEGF in the ICP patients’s peripheral blood,umbilical vein blood and amniotic fluid was highter than that of the control group (normal pregnant women)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The ischemia and anoxia in tissue and organs result in the production of the VEGF.
