【摘要】 目的:观察爱普列特治疗老年良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床效果及安全性。方法:入选BPH患者43例,口服爱普列特片5 mg,2次/日,共4个月。结果:服药前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、残余尿量(Ru)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、前列腺体积(PV)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)的变化差异均有显著性(P＜0．05),4个月时有效率为88．37%。结论:爱普列特是一种治疗BPH安全、有效的药物,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 obJective:To observe the chinical safety and efficacy of epristeride in the treatment of eld benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods:Forty-three patients with BPH were given epristeride tablets 5mg po,twice daily for 4 moths.Results:The differences in international prostate symptom score(IPSS),residual urine(RU),maximum flow rate(Qmax),prostate volume(PV),prustate specific antigen(PSA) before and after the treatment were statistically significant(P＜0.05),the effective rate at the termination of the treatment was 88.37% Conclusion:Epristeride is a safety and Effective drug for the treatment of BPH,which should be clinically popularized.更多还原
