青海白丁香花挥发油化学成分的GC/MS分析

【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了产自青海的白丁香花蕾的挥发油,应用GC/MS方法对其化学成分进行了分析,分离出47个色谱峰,鉴定了26个化合物,占总峰面积的88.7%,主要成分是丁香酚、丁香醇、石竹烯、苯乙醇等化合物。

【Abstract】 In the paper,the essential oil of Syringa oblate Lindl var affinis Lingelsh bud from Qinghai was extracted by the method of water vapor distillation.After detected by GC-MS,47 peaks were separated from the oil.Among them,26 compounds taken up 88.7% of total peak areas were identified.Main of them was eugenol,lilac alcohol,caryophyllene,phenylethyl alcohol,and so on.
