【摘要】 目的探讨我国北方地区人群血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅢa基因多态性与脑血栓的关系。方法运用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性分析(PCR-RELP)技术检测100例脑血栓患者及100例健康对照者GPⅢa的P1A的多态性。结果所有患者和健康对照者均为PIA1/A1基因型,PIA2基因型的检出率为0%。结论我国北方地区人群血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅢa基因多态性与脑血栓的发生无相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation between platelet membrane glycoprotein GPⅢa gene polymor-phism and cerebral thrombosis of people in the north of our country.Methods To detect GP Ⅲa P1A polymor-phism in 100 cerebral thrombosis patients and 100 healthy collators with polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RELP)technique.Results Genotype in both cerebral thrombosis patients and healthy collators is PIA1/A1.Rate of PIA2 genotype is 0%.Conclusions Platelet membrane glycoprotein GP Ⅲ a gene polymorphism and cerebral thrombosis morbidity is independent in people in the north of our country.更多还原
