【摘要】 目的研究标准血液涂片的制备方法。方法制作10°～25°及30°固定角度的推片,在显微镜下观察细胞分布均匀区,进行测量比较,找出符合制备标准血液涂片角度的推片,制备标准血液涂片;与检验技术熟练的人员用传统的制备方法制造的涂片进行比较。结果固定17°或18°的推片,用血量固定在5μL制作的血液涂片血膜长度x和s为4.084,3.996;0.016,0.0102;细胞分布均匀区x和s为3.032,2.976;0.015,0.010。18°固定推片和传统的制备方法比较P<0.001,有显著性差别。结论固定17°或18°的推片,用血量固定在5μL制作的血液涂片符合标准血液涂片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method for making the standard blood smear.Method Some pushing slides whose angle are fixed on 10°to 25°and 30°were made.Under the microscope,the cells uniformly distributed area were observed and the best angle for making standard blood smears were found.These results compared with those which made by the skilled laboratorians using the traditional way.Result To make blood smears with pushing slides angle on 17°and 18°and blood volume on 5μL,the average length of the membrane x and s were 4.084 and 3.996,0.016 and 0.0102,repectively.The cells uniformly distributed area x and s were 3.032 and 2.976,0.015 and 0.010,repectively.There were significant difference between the method using the pushing slides of 18°and the traditional way,P<0.001.Conclusion The blood smears which made by the pushing slides whose angle fixed on 17°or 18°,and blood volume fixed on 5ìL are standard blood smears.更多还原
