锌挥发窑废渣物理分选回收工艺研究
Study of Recovery of Value Metals from Waelz Clinker by Physical Separation
【摘要】 针对锌挥发窑窑渣粒度小、残碳高、硬度大、含有价金属多且含量低、综合回收难度大的特点,利用窑渣中铁质与碳质等的磁性差和密度差,开发了水力冲洗法分离部分焦粉、破碎-磁选法分离铁渣与焦粉、球磨-磁选法生产铁粉和重选法富集生产银铁矿等技术,实现了对窑渣中Ag、Cu、In等有价金属的物理分选回收,并使湿法炼锌工业中的挥发窑废渣资源得到了有效地综合循环利用。
【Abstract】 It is very difficult to recycle and reuse Waelz clinker because of its fine particle size,high residual coke breeze,large hardness and complex compositions of low content of value metals.Based on the differences in magnetism and specific gravity between iron rich part and carbon rich part,some processes have been developed to separate part of coke breeze by hydraulic washing,to separate iron rich part from coke breeze by crushing-magnetic separation,to produce iron powder by ball milling-magnetic separation,and to produce silver-iron ore by gravity separation for the recovery of Ag,Cu and In from clinker by physical separation and for proper comprehensive reuse of Waelz waste clinker in Zn hydrometallurgical industry.
