【摘要】 目的观察密骨丹穴位外敷对原发性骨质疏松症患者骨钙素(BGP)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)的影响。方法按计算器随机数字发生法,随机分为密骨丹穴位外敷组(治疗组)和盖天力组(对照组)各48例。观察治疗前后患者BGP、Hyp的变化。结果密骨丹穴位外敷能使原发性骨质疏松症患者血清BGP明显升高,与对照组比较,P<0.05,血清BGP95%CI=4.91～5.19ng/mL;密骨丹穴位外敷能使原发性骨质疏松症患者尿Hyp明显下降,与对照组比较,P<0.05,尿Hyp95%CI=0.19～0.29mmol/L。结论密骨丹穴位外敷治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effects of acupoint sticking of Migudan on BGP and Hyp in the patients of primary osteoporosis. Methods By computer random number generating method, the patients were randomly divided into a treatment group treated with acupoint sticking of Migudan, and a control group treated with Gaitianli, 48 cases in each group. Changes of their BGP and Hyp after treatment were investigated. Results Acupoint sticking of Migudan could increase significantly BGP of serum in the patients of primary osteoporosis as compared with the control group (P <0.05), with 95%CI=4.91～ 5.19 ng/mL. Acupoint sticking of Migudan could relieve significantly Hyp of urine in the patients of primary osteoporosis as compared with the control group (P <0.05), with 95%CI=0.19～0.29 mmol/L. Conclusion Acupoint sticking of Migudan has definite therapeutic effect on primary osteoporosis.更多还原
