【摘要】 目的探讨补肾强督方治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的可能作用机制。方法30例AS患者予补肾强督方进行治疗,疗程为6个月。研究AS患者及健康志愿者外周血中白细胞介素18(IL-18)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4 mRNA(IL-4 mRNA)表达水平及经补肾强督方治疗前后AS患者外周血中IL-18、IFN-γ、IL-4 mRNA表达水平的变化。结果AS患者外周血单个核细胞IL-18 mRNA、IFN-γ mRNA表达水平及IFN-γ mRNA/IL-4 mRNA较正常对照组显著增高(P<0.001)。经用补肾强督方治疗后,IL-18 mRNA、IFN-γ mRNA表达水平及IFN-γ mRNA/IL-4 mRNA明显下降(P<0.001)。AS患者红细胞沉降率水平与IL-18 mRNA、IFN-γ mRNA、IL-4 mRNA表达水平呈极显著相关(P<0.001);C反应蛋白水平与IL-18 mRNA表达水平呈显著相关(P<0.05),与IFN-γ mRNA表达水平呈非常显著相关(P<0.01)。结论AS患者外周血中IL-18 mRNA、IFN-γ mRNA水平比正常组明显升高;用补肾强督方治疗后,患者IL-18 mRNA、IFN-γ mRNA水平均有明显下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the possible mechanism of Bushenqiangdu recipe in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods 30 out-patients were treated by Bushenqiangdu recipe for 6 months. The expression level of IL-18,IFN-γ,IL-4 mRNA in outer-circumference blood of as patients and healthy volunteers were studied,as well as the change expression level of IL-18,IFN-γ,IL-4 mRNA of as patients outer-circumference blood before and after treatment. Result The expression level of IL-18,IFN-γmRNA in AS patients PBMC group is higher prominently than control PBMC group(P<0.001). After treated by Bushenqiangdu recipe,the expression level of IL-18,IFN-γmRNA declines prominently(P <0.001). ESR expression level is very prominently correlative with expression level of IL-18,IFN-γ,IL-4 mRNA in AS patients(P<0.001). CRP is prominently correlative with expression level of IL-18 mRNA in AS patients(P <0.05). CRP is very prominently correlative with expression level of IFN-γmRNA in AS patients(P <0.01). Conclusion The expression level of IL-18,IFN-γmRNA in outer-circumference blood of AS patients is higher prominently than healthy volunteers. After treatment by Bushenqiangdu recipe,the expression level of IL-18,IFN-γmRNA declines prominently.更多还原
