【摘要】 目的探讨双J管在肾输尿管手术中的应用价值及护理。方法对62例在肾输尿管手术中应用双J管患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果62例中,58例通过膀胱镜顺利将双J管取出;2例女性患者在排尿时尿出丝线而直接牵出;2例因双J管向上移位,经输尿管镜取出。置管期间,出现膀胱刺激征及肾区不适21例,泌尿系感染3例。无尿漏及输尿管梗阻及吻合口狭窄发生。结论在肾输尿管手术中应用双J管方便、安全、可靠,加强术后护理可减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the applied value and nursing of double J tube in operation on kidney and ureter.Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with double J tube in in operation on kidney and ureter were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 62 cases,the double J tubes in 58 cases were took out successfully under cistoscope,the double J tubes in 2 cases were dislodged by emiction,and the double J tubes in 2 cases were took out under ureteroscope because of upward displacement.During the peroid of applying the tube,the urocystic stimulus syndrome and indisposition on renal region appeared in 21 cases,three cases were urinary system infection.there was no urinary fistula,obstruction of ureter and stoma stenostomia in all patients.Conclusion Applying double J tube in operation on kidney and ureter is convenient,safe and dependable,strengthening Postoperative care can reduce complications.更多还原
